Marc Herbert
General Managing Agent
Marc Herbert is a results-driven sales leader and licensed Florida 2-20 insurance professional with over fifteen years of experience in financial services and property & casualty insurance. He specializes in business development, strategic partnerships, and growing high-performing books of business.
With a strong background in agency operations, Marc is known for delivering client-focused solutions and consistent production results. He works closely with real estate professionals and referral partners to expand market reach and drive new business.
Outside of work, Marc is a dedicated father and active supporter of youth sports, bringing the same passion for teamwork and development into both his personal and professional life.
Kathi Hildebrandt

I began my insurance career in South Florida in 1978 and I have remained in the Florida insurance industry since then, which is now over 35 years to the present, and have obtained my 440 license in the industry in the late 1990’s. Married for 30 years and have 2 children, a 26-year-old son, and a 16-year-old daughter. I love to travel and vacation on the west coast of Florida and love the mountains in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. I also love my music, sports, the beach, and of course my Miami Dolphins.

I started my journey at Florida Insurance Concepts about a year ago and obtained my 4-40 license along the way. As a part of the team, my goal is to have the insured satisfied and to be proud of the service I produce. Although I’ve just started an insurance career, I enjoy what I do and in the process gained a second family. I’m currently in college working towards my B.S. in Forensic Science Biochemistry and have already completed my A.S. in Crime Scene Technology and General A.A. I enjoy spending time with friends, and family and going on excursions when I can. As I continue to grow I hope to provide you with a wonderful service experience.

I have been working in the insurance industry since 2000. I have 2 dogs that are my babies, Rosie - a Jack Russell & Welsh Corgi mix, and Little Bit - a Chihuahua & Papillion mix. In my spare time, I like to bake, crochet, make no-sew blankets, and hunt. I look forward to servicing your insurance needs.

I have worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years and joined Florida Insurance Concepts in 2021. I now hold a 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance license. I enjoy meeting new people and I am passionate about helping them with their insurance needs. I am originally from NJ but now consider myself a Florida girl. In my spare time, I enjoy going out to eat, dancing, and spending as much time as possible with my daughters.
